Ceramic Pro Paint Coating - Ceramic Coating Services
Ceramic Coating is a liquid nano-ceramic polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle’s factory paint, forming a hard, transparent sacrificial layer measured in microns. Unlike a wax or a sealant that sits on the surface and washes away in a matter of weeks, a professionally applied ceramic coating becomes part of the finish — delivering years of gloss, chemical resistance and dramatically easier washing from a single application.
Why a Ceramic Coating Outperforms Wax and Sealants
Traditional carnauba wax gives you roughly six to eight weeks of protection before it degrades under UV exposure, detergents and Northern California heat. A ceramic coating is measured in years, not weeks. Once cured, the coating resists the things that actually dull a finish over time: UV oxidation, acid rain, bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, road film and the chemical etching that follows when those contaminants are left to bake into the clear coat.
The coating’s defining property is hydrophobicity — water beads up tightly and sheets off the panel instead of clinging to it, carrying dirt with it as it goes. The practical result is a car that stays cleaner between washes, washes faster when it is time, and needs far less physical contact with a wash mitt. Since the majority of swirl marks in a finish are put there during washing, a slicker surface means fewer scratches over the life of the vehicle.
Ceramic Coating Is Only as Good as the Prep Beneath It
This is the part most shops skip, and it is the single biggest difference between a coating that looks extraordinary for years and one that disappoints. A ceramic coating is optically clear and it locks in whatever is underneath it — including swirl marks, water spots, oxidation and bonded contamination. Coating a finish that has not been properly corrected simply seals the defects in place under a hard layer that is not coming off easily.
Every Premier Auto Tint ceramic coating includes a full multi-stage decontamination and paint-correction process before a drop of coating is applied. We wash and chemically decontaminate the paint, clay the surface to pull bonded fallout, machine-polish to remove swirls and oxidation, then wipe the panels down with a dedicated solvent so the coating bonds to bare, clean clear coat rather than to polishing oils. The prep is the service. The coating is what preserves the result.

What a Ceramic Coating Actually Does
Extreme Gloss & Depth
A cured ceramic coating has a higher refractive index than bare clear coat, so light reflects harder and cleaner off the panel. Colours look deeper, metallics flash brighter, and blacks gain the wet, liquid look that photographs so well — and it holds that appearance instead of fading out after a few washes.
Hydrophobic Water Behavior
Water beads tightly and sheets off the surface, dragging dust and road film with it. Your vehicle stays visibly cleaner between washes and dries with far less towel contact — which is exactly where most swirl marks come from in the first place.
Chemical & UV Resistance
Bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap and acid rain are acidic and will etch unprotected clear coat, especially in Northern California summer heat. The coating takes that chemical attack instead of your paint, and blocks the UV exposure that oxidizes and dulls a finish over the years.
Easier, Faster, Safer Washing
Contamination struggles to key into a slick coated surface, so most of it releases during the rinse. Less scrubbing means less mechanical contact with the paint, which means a finish that still looks correct years down the road.
Every Ceramic Coating Package Includes
Multi-Stage Wash & Chemical Decontamination
A pH-neutral hand wash followed by iron-fallout and tar removal to dissolve the embedded brake dust and industrial fallout that a normal wash leaves behind.
Clay Bar Surface Decontamination
Mechanical decontamination to shear off anything still bonded to the clear coat, leaving a surface that is genuinely smooth to the touch before any polishing begins.
Machine Paint Correction
Swirl marks, wash scratches, oxidation and water spots are polished out before coating — because a ceramic coating is clear and will lock in every defect left underneath it. The level of correction is matched to the condition of your paint.
Panel Wipe & Professional Coating Application
A dedicated solvent wipe strips all polishing oils so the coating bonds to bare clear coat, then the coating is applied panel by panel and leveled by hand under controlled lighting in our climate-controlled bay.
Controlled Cure & Aftercare Guidance
The coating cures indoors before the vehicle is released, and you go home knowing exactly how to wash it to get the full life out of it.

Ceramic Coating Packages & Coverage Options
Multiple Ceramic Coating Packages Available
We offer several ceramic coating packages to fit your vehicle, your paint’s condition and your budget — from a single-stage gloss enhancement with a durable entry-level coating, all the way up to multi-stage paint correction paired with a multi-year professional-grade coating system. Coverage can be extended beyond the paint to wheels and calipers, glass and windshield, and interior leather and fabric.
Durability Tiers From 2 Years to 5+ Years
Coating longevity depends on the product tier, the number of layers applied and how the vehicle is maintained. We will walk you through the realistic difference between the tiers for your vehicle and how it is driven and stored — rather than selling you the most expensive option by default.
Ceramic Coating Over Paint Protection Film
Ceramic coating and XPEL paint protection film are not competing products — they solve different problems and they work best together. PPF absorbs physical rock chips and road-debris impact; ceramic coating handles chemical attack, UV and cleanability. Coating applied over the top of PPF gives the film the same hydrophobic, easy-clean surface as the rest of the vehicle, so the whole car behaves as one finish. Ask us about combining the two.
New Vehicles, Teslas & Daily Drivers Alike
A brand-new vehicle is the ideal candidate — the paint is at its best and minimal correction is required, so more of your investment goes into protection. We also coat well-loved daily drivers, and we are experienced with the soft factory paint found on Tesla and Rivian vehicles, which benefits substantially from both correction and coating.
Pricing Varies — Call for Details
Prices vary depending on the size of the vehicle, the condition of the paint and how much correction it needs, the coating tier you select, and any additional coverage such as wheels, glass or interior. For a quote tailored to your vehicle, and to go over which package actually makes sense for how you drive, please call us at (916) 358-3850 for details.
All ceramic coating services are provided by scheduled appointment so we can dedicate the bay time your vehicle’s paint correction requires.
